My computer has a camera, i am sure that this can be done. However, the user should not be logged in if:
-he/she is wearing a mask that looks like the other user
-wears make up to look like another user
-rips the other users face off and wears it like Leatherface In the movie "Texas chainsaw Massacre"

In movies this can be done because it is not actually happening. But in real life ripping someone's face is not possible and also today's technologies far better and improved so that no one can breach a security.
